DROP-IN CLASS POLICY (excludes Gym Kids at Work Open Play)
  • Drop-in classes include those classes where clients pay-per-class, or
purchase a pack of classes for use at any time during the semester at
    any drop-in class.
  • Drop-in packages are valid for the semester indicated ONLY, not the
    previous or following semesters.
  • Upon registration, parents should specify how they intend to use their
class pack - For example:  which sibling?  which class?  Will it be shared
(siblings only)?  Which location, if applicable?  Parents should keep Kids
at Work informed if their plans change regarding which class(es) they
intend to attend.  This helps to limit over-crowding, and keeps our
    enrollment under control.
  • "FULL" classes - A class that is marked as "FULL" on this website is a
class where there are no more class pack holders being registered for
that particular class, to limit potential overcrowding.  Other clients may
STILL drop-in to these classes, space permitting, with a reservation.
  • Clients who purchase class packs may attend any age-appropriate
DROP-IN class, any day, any time that classes are in session.  Please
    note sibling policies below.
  • Class packs are purchased separately for the summers only "Sun
Sessions" program and all other programs offered at the 14th Street
    location.  Packs are not interchangeable.
  • Class packs are valid for the semester indicated only when you purchase
your pack.  There are no refunds, rollovers, or credits for unused classes
    in class packs.
  • Clients are urged to make a reservation for a drop-in class.  See
    reservation policy below.
  • Drop-in without reservation:  It is possible to drop-in without a
reservation, space permitting.   Please do not be upset if there is no
    room in a given class.
  • Reservations that are more than 5 minutes late will be considered a no
show.  Space may not be available for clients who are more than 5
minutes late for a reservation.  If you are late and there is no room in the
class, you will not be charged for the class.
  • Please check with us, as some classes will not run during the summer
months, or changes to the day, time, or venue of the class may be made
    from semester to semester.
  • Please note the dates of the semester carefully, including holidays.
  • Kids at Work reserves the right to cancel any class due to lack of
enrollment.  In this case full refund will be made to client.
