children entertained and engaged! Whether your child's party is at home or at
another venue, we can work with your space needs, bring our own equipment,
and otherwise handle all entertainment details.

Birthday Party Pricing:
1 Hour, 45 minute Kids at Work Party
(Appropriate for children 0-4 years)
45-minute music or art presentation with two musicians or assistants
Kids at Work goodie bags containing real art supplies or musical instruments,
along with a soft toy. Art parties are offered for children turning 2 and up.
Balloons for all children
Pizza and juice for children
All paper products for children
Party Planner
3 staff members on site so you don't have to do a thing!
$700.00 for first 10 children, $30 per child for additional children
$60 staff charge for over 16 children, $120 staff charge for over 22 children
15% gratuity added to bill
Space Rental: Please note that the pricing above does not include space or
furniture rental. Clients must use their own or rent a space and appropriate
furniture. The Kids at Work Studio cannot currently accommodate birthday
parties. Kids at Work has child-sized tables and chairs for 12 children
available for rent for $150.
45-Minute Musical Performance (Appropriate for children ages 8
months - 5 years)
One Musician - $200.00
Two Musicians - $275.00
Add on our instruments (shakers, sticks, drums, tambourines, triangles, etc)
for $60 for the first 10 children, and $100 for more than 10 children. Our
instrument collection can accommodate up to 25 children.
45-Minute Art/Science Activity (Appropriate for children ages 18
months - 4 years)
$350 for the first 10 children
$5 materials fee for each additional child
$60 staff charge for 11-16 expected children
$120 staff charge for 16-22 expected children
$150 charge for rental of child-sized tables and chairs for up to 12 children.
Art/science activity may require some parental involvement for children under
3 years old. Art/science activity for children under three may not involve a
finished product.
